This website is operated by SW Gels. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SW Gels. SW Gels offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Bigcommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please note that due to the limited shelf life of our natural products, we may not be able to offer full refunds, if bottles have been opened or dispensed.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the delivery time for us to receive your return via the Royal Mail (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

At the current time we can only sell to customers in the UK. We are unable to ship to any other international destination.

Our standard shipping is via Royal Mail 2nd Class. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of you placing an order. Other shipping methods may be offered if contacted first at contact us. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.

Orders Lost in Transit

It is very rare, but occasionally an order fails to be delivered. We ask that before a customer contacts us, first check the order status. Please allow 5 working days from the date your 'Shipped' confirmation was received. Often orders are too large to go through your letter box. Has it been left in a safe place at your property? Has it been left with a neighbour? Although Postal Delivery Workers should leave a card informing you that your parcel is awaiting collection, they sometimes forget or the cards get lost or mixed up with other mail. So once the 5 working days have passed please check at your sorting office.

If none of these are successful, please be assured that we will send a replacement, as soon as we are compliant with Royal Mail's rules to claim for their delivery failure. RM’s policy for refunds requires the following:

Confirmation that the full address is correct. Could you check your order receipt email please?
Confirmation that the correct sorting office has been visited, where parcels are kept for 14 days before returning to sender. If this is not convenient, is it possible to phone them up?
13 working days have passed from the date we confirm your order was dispatched, which should allow time for a mislaid parcel to turn up.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience when these events happen.

General Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. As a result of some of the natural ingredients used there can be slight variations in colour of product, which will not affect the quality or function of the product. We continually strive to improve our products, and will modify or update labelling and containers. As a consequence the photos used on the web-site might not always reflect the changes. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

With the exception of genuine issues covered by the Returns Policy, we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. It is best to try a small amount once or twice first. Should you experience any possible allergic reaction cease use until the condition clears, or seek medical advice. All products have under-gone a Cosmetic Safety Assessment and are registered with the Cosmetic Notification Portal.
